This project involves the refurbishment of an existing heritage building and its conversion from office use into a luxury eight-suite hotel, including a café, swimming pool, and gymnasium, for the new Fable hotel brand.

G2A Studio is acting as the architect, interior designer, and project manager for the project. The design concept is inspired by a New York loft-style apartment, featuring contemporary artworks and distinctive Italian feature lighting, creating a sophisticated and intimate hospitality experience.
