This project for GMR Megawide was conceived and the concept developed by Graham Applin while working with HKS in 2018.

The project was designed to deliver an airport hotel and conference centre in Cebu, Philippines, incorporating full MICE facilities (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

It formed part of a broader vision to create an “Aerotropolis”—a concept in which the airport becomes a central hub for both leisure and business-related activities.

The development includes a 400-key hotel and approximately 8,000 sqm of conference and exhibition space, directly connected to an award-winning airport terminal.
