G2A Studio has partnered with TLC Modular, a modular construction company based in Vietnam, to assist in the design of prefabricated single- and multi-storey apartment modules for Kāinga Ora.

The buildings have been designed to align with Kāinga Ora’s design requirements while offering greater cost and time efficiency compared with traditional construction methods.
