The Auburn Village development is a AUS$250 million project, in the Centre of Auburn, which will incorporate Auburn Library. The design consists a retail podium addressing four street frontages, with integrated community and recreational facilities for a total of 518 residential units in two 30 storey towers, with 5 levels of basement parking.

The residential units are planned to allow maximum flexibility, giving the client the ability to vary the residential mix in direct response to the changing residential environment, without impacting on the exterior envelope. The uniformity of the residential tower footprints enables economical construction and servicing, with the design diversity achieved by varying the balcony configurations.
