Graham Applin has maintained a long-term relationship with the owner of Sindbad Resorts, a group of four properties including two beachfront resorts, an existing timeshare hotel, and a water park located on the “second line” of development facing a 3 km pedestrian plaza.

A new 400-room, four-star hotel was designed around the water park, followed by fully developed proposals for an 800-room beachfront resort. The beachfront project incorporated several structures that had been partially built as part of an earlier development.
