Graham Applin, while working with Beca, prepared the Concept and Preliminary Design for an apartment complex on Great North Road, Auckland. The project involved the redevelopment of a commercial site, delivering 120 residential units and maximising the potential building envelope under the Auckland Unitary Plan.
