As part of an on-going relationship with a major client, G2A Studio have been commissioned as architects and lead consultant on the extensive renovation of Melrose Road. The site consists of several adjacent properties in Mount Roskill, that together create a precinct with the primary dwelling, tennis court with underground car parking, a swimming pool and summer house. This project is really a rebuild of a much smaller 50’s house built in a Spanish style and it pushes re-modelling to its limits by turning it into a luxurious ‘New England’ styled home.
