Graham Applin has worked with Port Denarau Marina Ltd since 2014, when he prepared the first strategic masterplan for the marina precinct. This long-term involvement has provided a deep understanding of the site, its operations, stakeholders, and future potential.

In 2025, Graham led the redesign of a new 25-year masterplan, establishing a long-term vision for Port Denarau as a leading South Pacific marina and waterfront destination. The plan includes provision for 100 superyacht berths, enhanced marine infrastructure, new shoreside facilities, and an upgraded public realm designed to strengthen both visitor experience and commercial performance.
