This large residence in Denarau, Fiji was designed and developed by Graham Applin.

The house incorporates four bedrooms and a master suite, along with a study, media room, and a small self-contained apartment. It enjoys views across the “Sleeping Giant” mountain range and the golf course, and features its own private dock, wine cellar, and swimming pool.

Although fully air-conditioned, the house was designed to maximise natural cooling and ventilation through tested passive design principles, including a courtyard pool, cross ventilation, and wind towers.

A selection of design options was developed and refined to meet the owner’s requirements while adhering to a strict architectural design code for the property.
