Graham Applin and his London based practice Applin Design has a long term relationship with the owner of Sindbad Resorts which consist of four properties including two beach-side resorts, and an existing timeshare hotel and water park located on the ‘second line’ of development which fronts the 3km pedestrian plaza masterplanned by the same design team.

Graham developed a design for a new 400 room 4 start hotel around the water park and then fully designed proposals for a new 800 room beachfront resort which utilised some structures part built from an earlier development.
