The building on Gore Street, once a commercial structure and more recently a backpackers’ hostel, is being reimagined into a contemporary lifestyle hotel.

Through a complete refurbishment and the introduction of a new façade, the project seeks to transform the building’s identity—bringing a renewed sense of character, warmth, and urban presence to its surroundings.

G2A Studio is leading the architectural vision for this transformation, with the project currently under construction as it moves towards becoming a vibrant and memorable destination.
