This is the second project that Graham Applin completed for World of Indulgence. The project comprises a luxury villa designed to be rented either as individual rooms or as one or two self-contained residences.

A key challenge of the project was constructing on a steep 40-degree hillside in Antigua. However, this dramatic setting allows every room and terrace to enjoy stunning views across the remarkable Nonsuch Bay.

The project was completed in 2017.
